A personal trainer and a mountain of salad has resulted in the former size-16er dropping a stone - and we don't mean her ex, Mick Jagger, boom, boom! Not content earning £3m last year, the grand-daughter of Roald Dahl knocked out a novel in February - all 74 pages of it. Well done, Soph!
